Introduction
The new Broadcom series is essentially similar to traditional high-brightness through-hole LEDs, but in an SMD form factor. They can be assembled using standard SMT assembly processes and are compatible with industrial reflow soldering processes. These LEDs are made with advanced optical-grade epoxy resin, delivering outstanding performance in outdoor signage applications. To facilitate pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are shipped in tape-and-reel packaging. Each reel is sourced from a single intensity and color bin for improved consistency.
