Description
The CD4 type is a near-ideal capacitor for high-frequency applications, exhibiting excellent stability across the full temperature and voltage range. The higher self-resonant frequency and lower equivalent series inductance make the CD4 superior to the CD17 and CD18 in high-frequency applications. The 0.1-inch lead pitch means the CD4 can replace ceramic capacitors on PCBs.
