LKWIC LKP695ST

The LKP695x series is a programmable voltage reference. It integrates a startup circuit, second-order curvature-compensated bandgap reference, constant current source, error amplifier, and overcurrent protection. An external capacitor of 0.01μF ~ 0.1μF can significantly improve circuit performance. The LKP695x series offers two accuracy grades (S for low accuracy and T for high accuracy), providing users with flexible options for different application environments. This series is primarily designed to deliver a stable reference for high-precision signal acquisition applications. It cannot provide the high drive capability of an LDO and is not recommended for use as a device power supply. The input voltage range is 4.5V ~ 30V.
