Descripción
AiP24C64 is a 64K-bit serial EEPROM with a memory organization of 8192×8 bits. The device is internally organized as 256 pages of 32 bytes each, requiring a 13-bit data word address for random word address access. It features an I²C interface, suitable for low-power, low-voltage systems. Key features include: hardware write protection pin for data protection; wide operating voltage range of 1.8V ~ 5.5V; two-wire serial interface; built-in Schmitt trigger for input noise suppression; bidirectional data transfer protocol; clock frequency support of 400kHz (1.8V ~ 2.5V) and 1MHz (2.5V ~ 5.5V); 32-byte page write operation; partial page write capability; self-timed write cycle with a maximum of 5ms; high reliability with 1,000,000 erase/write cycles and 100-year data retention; automotive-grade compliant with extended operating temperature range; available in DIP8, SOP8, and TSSOP8 packages.
