MDD(Microdiode Semiconductor) ESD5Z3.3L

The ESD5Z3.3L is a low-capacitance TVS designed to provide ESD protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.4pF, the ESD5Z3.3L is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 (±15kV air discharge, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) (40A, 5/50ns), ultra-fast CDM ESD, and CDE standards. The ESD5Z3.3L is available in an ultra-compact SOD-523 package. Each ESD5Z3.3L device protects one high-speed data line, offering system designers the flexibility to protect a single data line in space-constrained applications. The combination of low capacitance, ultra-small footprint, and high ESD robustness makes the ESD5Z3.3L ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency lines such as USB 2.0 and antenna line applications in mobile phones and HD visual devices.
