Introduction
FAN7361/FAN7362 are monolithic high-side gate driver ICs capable of driving MOSFETs and IGBTs with operating voltages up to +600 V. The high-voltage process and common-mode noise rejection technology enable the high-side driver to operate reliably in high dv/dt noise environments. The advanced level-shifting circuit allows the high-side gate driver to operate at a bias voltage of VS = -9.8 V (typical at VBS = 15 V). The UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when VBS falls below the specified threshold voltage. The output driver typically provides 250 mA/500 mA source/sink current, suitable for fluorescent lamp ballasts, PDP scan drivers, and motor control applications.
