MADS-011010 is a Schottky limiter in a lead-free 1.5×1.2 mm TDFN SMT plastic package. The device offers wideband performance and excellent low flat-leakage power characteristics. The MADS-011010 is ideal for high-frequency and low flat-leakage limiter applications requiring high-performance SMT diode components.
