Broadcom ACPL-P611-000E

The ACPL-W611/ACPL-P611 is an optically coupled gate integrating a GaAsP LED and a high-gain integrated photodetector. The detector IC output is an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield design ensures the ACPL-W611 achieves a common mode transient immunity rating of 10000V/μs. This unique design delivers maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining TTL compatibility. The optocoupler's AC and DC operating parameters are guaranteed over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, ensuring stable and reliable system performance. The ACPL-W611/ACPL-P611 is suited for high-speed logic interfacing, I/O buffering, and line reception in environments where conventional line receivers cannot operate, and is recommended for applications with extremely high ground or inductive noise.
