The ADCMP391 is a single-channel, rail-to-rail input, low-power comparator for general-purpose applications. The device operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V single supply with an ultralow supply current of only 18.6 μA. Its low-voltage and low-current operation make it well suited for battery-powered systems. The common-mode input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond the supply rails, with a typical offset voltage of 1 mV across the entire common-mode voltage range. An integrated UVLO monitor is included. In addition, the comparator is designed to provide a deterministic output state at power-up. If the supply voltage falls below the UVLO threshold, the comparator drives the output low. The ADCMP391 is available in an 8-lead narrow-body SOIC package and is rated for an extended operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
