EG2104M is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOS and IGBT transistors with SD(overline) functionality. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed specifically for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC power converter drive circuits. The EG2104M supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side Vcc supply voltage range of 10V~20V. The input channel IN features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and SD(overline) features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOS transistors remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO +/-0.3A/0.6A, packaged in SOP8.
