UNI-SEMIC U6310

U6310/U6311 is a 70V-rated integrated three-phase full-bridge gate driver designed for gate driving of high-speed power MOSFETs and IGBTs in 12V, 24V, and 36V three-phase motor applications. The device integrates a 12V LDO control circuit and a 5.0V LDO for MCU power supply, simplifying the overall power supply system. The U6311 variant also incorporates a built-in comparator circuit for overcurrent detection, further simplifying the peripheral application circuit. The device features integrated low-side and high-side UVLO protection, preventing the power transistors from operating under low-voltage conditions and helping to improve system efficiency. Its input pins are compatible with 3.3V to 5.0V input logic, integrates a 200ns shoot-through prevention dead time, and provides +1.5A/-1.8A drive capability. Through integrated common-mode noise cancellation technology, the device ensures stable operation of the high-side driver in high dv/dt noise environments, with wide-range negative transient voltage handling capability.
