KEMET ESD-rated commercial and automotive-grade X7R dielectric surface mount capacitors are designed for applications where ESD events during assembly or operation may damage capacitors or circuits. The capacitance of X7R dielectric is predictable over time and voltage, with minimal change compared to the value at 25°C. Capacitance change is limited to ±15% over the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
