Introduction
TLE4959 - 5U - R features a RoHS-compliant four-pin package for automotive applications. The recommended capacitors enhance the device's EMC immunity. In 12V applications, a series resistor R_Supply on the supply line is recommended for protection. A pull-up resistor R_Load on the output pin is required to determine the maximum current through the output transistor. A 1.2kΩ resistor is recommended for 5V applications.
