Introduction
The AP2127K-X.XTRG1-MS series is a family of LDO regulators featuring a wide 1.2V to 6V input voltage range, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging.
With a quiescent current as low as 2μA, the AP2127K-X.XTRG1-MS is particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extending standby time and battery life.
An EN pin version is available for the AP2127K-X.XTRG1-MS. Pulling the EN pin low activates shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to as low as 10nA (typical).
The AP2127K-X.XTRG1-MS series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 6V input voltage range and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 600mA.
