MP6KE6.8A - MXLP6KE200CA series axial-lead 600-watt TVS diodes offer standoff voltage options from 5.8V to 171V, with nominal breakdown voltages from 6.8V to 200V. These high-reliability devices are available in unidirectional or bidirectional versions. RoHS-compliant versions are available. Multiple upscreening options are offered for enhanced reliability. They provide protection against lightning secondary effects per IEC61000-4-5, as well as voltage transients from inductive switching environments and RF-induced interference. Due to their near-instantaneous response time, they are also suitable for protection against ESD and EFT per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4.
