Introduction
The TSOP39...TR1 series are miniaturized receiver modules for IR remote control systems. Two PIN diodes and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame, with an IR filter integrated into the epoxy package. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to digital circuits for decoding. The TSOP393..TR1 series devices are optimized to suppress almost all spurious pulses from energy-saving lamps (such as compact fluorescent lamps). With continuous transmission, these AGC3 devices may also suppress some data signals. The TSOP395..TR1 series incorporates a very powerful AGC5. This series is intended for heavily noisy environments only. These components are not qualified to automotive specifications.
