Descripción
HC32F002 series is a basic general-purpose 32-bit MCU with a wide operating voltage range. The device integrates a 10-bit SAR ADC with up to 1Msps sampling rate, high-performance PWM timers, LPUART, SPI, I2C, and other rich peripherals, featuring low power consumption, high reliability, and high integration. The HC32F002 series adopts the Cortex-M0+ core with a maximum clock frequency of 48MHz, and supports development in C and assembly languages using the well-established Keil and IAR debug development tools.

- General-purpose I/O pins (22IO/24PIN, 18IO/20PIN)
- Internal high-speed clock 44.24/48MHz, internal low-speed clock 32.8/38.4KHz, external input 1–16MHz
- 1 composite timer, configurable as a general-purpose 16-bit timer/counter or 3 independent 16-bit basic timers; in general-purpose timer mode supports 4-channel capture/compare and 4-channel PWM output; in basic timer mode each timer supports 2-channel toggle output
- 1 advanced 16-bit timer with 3-phase complementary PWM output
- 1 independent watchdog with internal low-speed clock oscillator providing WDT count
- 1 window watchdog using system clock
- 1 low-power 16-bit timer with auto-wakeup support
- 1 Cortex-M0+ built-in 24-bit SysTick timer
- 2× LPUART communication interfaces
- 1× SPI standard communication interface
- 1× I²C standard communication interface
- Timer-based buzzer frequency generator
- Globally unique 10-byte ID
- 128-byte OTP memory, writable via programmer only
