The DS8604 series is a family of low dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 2V to 55V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging.
With a quiescent current as low as 2.2µA, the DS8604 is particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extend standby time and battery life. The DS8604 series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 2V to 55V input voltage range and output load current range of 0mA to 200mA.
