This series of SMT LEDs features the industry-standard PLCC-2 package. These SMT LEDs offer high-reliability performance, designed to operate across a wide range of environmental conditions. This high-reliability characteristic makes them ideal for use as indicator lights in various application environments. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are packaged in EIA-standard carrier tape and reels. Each reel will be shipped sorted by a single luminous intensity bin and color. These LEDs are compatible with reflow soldering processes. The wide 120° viewing angle makes them well-suited for panels, pushbuttons, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top-emitting surface allows easy integration with light pipes. The built-in reflector enhances light output intensity, and these LEDs are also suitable for use as LED pixel elements in electronic signage.
