Introduction
The TCTR series thermistors are based on a ceramic film structure, sintered using third-generation NTC thick-film chip technology and a specialized electrode structure, achieving detection accuracy of ±0.1°C across the full temperature range. The proven thick-film manufacturing process enables a thermal response time as fast as 1 second — twice as fast as other products of the same size. The thick-film structure minimizes thermal shock during soldering, making it suitable for applications with high stability and reliability requirements. The specialized end-cap electrode structure effectively dissipates mechanical stress caused by thermal shock and PCB bending. This series is AEC-Q200 automotive-grade certified; select models comply with UL1434; all models with B₂₅/₈₅ ≥ 3300K support a maximum operating temperature of 200°C, while models with B₂₅/₈₅ below 3300K support up to 125°C.
