Descripción
The Multilayer Varistor (MLV) is a surge voltage suppressor. It is a semiconductor ceramic component manufactured using advanced multilayer chip technology, providing strong protection for the protected component (circuit) while offering excellent surge energy absorption and internal heat dissipation capabilities. This component features a leadless chip structure with very low parasitic inductance and extremely fast response speed (response time <0.5ns), resulting in excellent ESD and various surge noise suppression performance. Similar to conventional Zener diodes and disc varistors, it features small size, light weight, and fast response speed.
