Introduction
The NSG6000 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high- and low-side gate drive circuits, with logic input levels compatible down to 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 650V. Housed in a SOP8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
