MICROCHIP JANTX1N4129CUR-1/TR

The 1N4099UR through 1N4135UR and 1N4614UR through 1N4627UR series are 0.5W glass surface-mount DO-213AA Zener voltage regulators, offering a selection of 1.8V to 100V at standard 5% tolerance, as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. An internal metallurgical bonding option is also available by adding the "-1" suffix (see separate datasheet). Microsemi offers numerous other Zener products to address higher and lower power application requirements.
