Introduction
This series of void-free, hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS diodes conforms to MIL-PRF-19500/516, designed for high-reliability applications where failure is not an option. They offer a working peak "standoff" voltage range of 5.2 V to 152 V, with a power rating of 1500 W for 10/1000 μs pulses. The hard-glass construction provides exceptional robustness, with internal "Class 1" metallurgical bonds for high reliability. These devices are available in both non-suffix and "A" versions with different voltage tolerances, as described in the part numbering section. These devices are also available in surface-mount MELF package configurations.
