Introduction
SC92F746XB is an enhanced high-speed 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. It integrates 16 Kbytes Flash ROM, 1 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 26 GPIO, 13 IOs with external interrupt capability, three 16-bit timers, eleven 12-bit high-precision ADC channels, six independent 10-bit PWM channels, an internal 1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33 MHz oscillator and a 4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, an external crystal oscillator option, one UART, and one SSI multi-function communication port (UART/SPI/IIC selectable). To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuitry, it also integrates high-reliability circuits such as a 4-level selectable voltage LVR and a 2.4V reference voltage for ADC. With excellent EMI immunity, it is well-suited for main control applications across a wide range of use cases, including large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, IoT, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer application fields.
