The CY62158DV30 is a high-performance CMOS SRAM organized as 1024K words × 8 bits. The device employs advanced circuit design to achieve ultra-low operating current. Write operations are performed by asserting chip select 1 and write enable inputs low while chip select 2 is high. Read operations are performed by asserting chip select 1 and output enable low while chip select 2 is high and write enable is forced high.
