Introduction
The TLV900x series includes single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output swing capabilities. These operational amplifiers provide a cost-effective solution for applications with limited space that require low-voltage operation and high capacitive load driving, such as smoke detectors, wearable electronics, and small appliances. The capacitive load driver of the TLV900x series has a capacitance of 500pF, and the resistive open-loop output impedance enables it to achieve stability more easily under higher capacitive loads. These operational amplifiers are designed for low operating voltages (1.8V to 5.5V), and their performance specifications are similar to those of TLV600x devices. The robust design of the TLV900x series simplifies circuit design. These operational amplifiers have unity-gain stability, integrate RFI and EMI suppression filters, and do not exhibit phase reversal under overdrive conditions. The TLV900x devices have a shutdown mode (TLV9001S, TLV9002S, and TLV9004S), allowing the amplifier to switch to a standby mode with a typical current consumption of less than 1μA. Micro packages (such as SOT - 553 and WSON) and industry-standard packages (such as SOIC, MSOP, SOT - 23, and TSSOP packages) are available for all channel models (single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel).
