Description
The LMK00334-Q1 is a 4-output HCSL fanout buffer designed for high-frequency, low-jitter clock and data distribution and level translation. It can distribute reference clocks for ADC, DAC, multi-gigabit Ethernet, XAUI, Fibre Channel, SATA/SAS, SONET/SDH, CPRI, and high-frequency backplanes. The input clock can be selected from two general-purpose inputs or one crystal oscillator input. The selected input clock is distributed to two banks, each consisting of two HCSL outputs and one LVCMOS output. The LVCMOS output features a synchronous enable input that ensures glitch-free operation when enabled or disabled. The LMK00334-Q1 operates from a 3.3V core supply and three independent 3.3V or 2.5V output supplies. The LMK00334-Q1's high performance, versatility, and power efficiency make it an ideal replacement for fixed-output buffer devices while providing additional timing margin in the system.
