The M15KP22A - M15KP280CA series transient voltage suppressors feature a wider voltage range while offering multiple high-reliability unidirectional and bidirectional options, including RoHS-compliant versions. These devices clamp dangerous high-voltage transients such as secondary effects of lightning strikes, providing circuit protection for multiple levels per IEC61000-4-5. Clamping response is virtually instantaneous. They also protect circuits against transients caused by inductive load switching, RFI, and ESD, compliant with IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4.
