Descripción
KP1051 is a highly integrated buck quasi-resonant LED constant-current driver switch.
The KP1051 integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET and a controller on the same die. Additionally, the chip integrates a high-voltage startup circuit and an inductor current zero-crossing detection circuit that requires no auxiliary winding. This enables the system to operate in quasi-resonant mode while greatly simplifying system design.
The KP1051 incorporates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including VDD undervoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over-temperature protection, and LED open-circuit and short-circuit protection.
