Description
The HC16L series MCU integrates a 12-bit high-precision SAR ADC, 160-segment LCD driver (HC16LC series only), hardware random number generator, and hardware DES encryption/decryption circuit, delivering high integration, high noise immunity, high reliability, and ultra-low power consumption. The core adopts a Harvard architecture with an enhanced pipeline design, providing 3× the processing performance of a standard 8xC251 and 40× that of a standard 80C51 at the same clock frequency. Compatible with Keil μVision4 debug and development software, it supports both C and assembly languages, with full instruction compatibility with standard 8xC251/80C51. When compiling C programs, it significantly reduces code size compared to standard 80C51.
The HC16L series MCU is a proprietary ultra-low power microcontroller. With its powerful 16-bit core, innovative ultra-low power technology, fast wake-up time, and a wide range of optional peripherals, it is ideal for battery-powered applications and any system demanding high performance with low power consumption.
