The MS4515 is a small, ceramic-based, PCB-mount pressure sensor. Utilizing the latest CMOS sensor conditioning circuitry, it delivers a low-cost, high-performance sensor designed to meet the most demanding requirements of OEM customers. The MS4515 is fully calibrated and temperature compensated, with a Total Error Band (TEB) of less than 1.0% over the compensated range. The sensor operates from a single 3.3V or 5.0V DC supply and requires only one external component for normal operation. The rugged ceramic sensor is available in side-port, top-port, and manifold-mount configurations, capable of measuring gauge or differential pressure from 2 to 30 inches of water column. The 1/8-inch barbed pressure port provides a secure fit with 3/32-inch ID tubing.
