MAMF-011070 is a high-power broadband PIN diode SPDT switch with a 5V power management IC, designed for high-power applications from 30MHz to 6GHz. The device features low insertion loss, high isolation, and low DC power consumption. It integrates a bias controller utilizing a boost circuit. This switch requires only a single 5V supply and a single TX/RX control signal compatible with 1.8V or 3.3V logic.
