The SKY16602-632LF is a fully integrated PIN diode low-threshold limiter module in a surface-mount package. It is designed for use in wireless or other RF systems as a passive receiver protector for applications up to 4 GHz. The module features low limiting threshold, low insertion loss, and low distortion in a Dual Flat No-lead (DFN) package.

The SKY16602-632LF module consists of a PIN limiting diode, a Schottky diode, and two DC-blocking capacitors at the RF ports, housed in a 2-pin DFN package. The compact package design reduces PCB footprint. The module can be tuned using external SMT components to achieve optimal narrowband performance across an operating range of 0.2 to 4.0 GHz.

The module operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
