SKYWORKS ATN3590-01

The ATN3590 series fixed resistive attenuators are ICs incorporating thin-film resistors and through-chip vias, providing excellent attenuation flatness from low frequencies to 40 GHz and beyond. These attenuators are available in attenuation values ranging from 0 to 30 dB. The attenuator series is optimized for surface mounting on coplanar waveguide or microstrip PCBs. Wire bonds or ribbon bonds connect the input and output ports of the attenuator to external circuit transmission lines. Ground connections are made through through-chip vias to the backside metallization of the die. The die is attached using eutectic solder or conductive epoxy and operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
