Introduction
The OPTIGATPM SLB 9670 is a Trusted Platform Module and is based on advanced hardware security technology. This TPM implementation has achieved CC EAL4+ certification and serves as a basis for other TPM products and firmware upgrades. It is available in PG-VQFN-32-13 package. It supports an SPI interface with a transfer rate of up to 43 MHz. The OPTIGATPM SLB 9670 is a TPM based on TCG family 2.0 specifications.
