Models include TO-247 STPS30L60CW, TO-220AB STPS30L60CT, D2 PAK STPS30L60CG, I2 PAK STPS30L60CR. Pulse test conditions: tp=380μs, δ<2%; maximum conduction loss formula: P=0.42×IF(AV)+0.009×IF²(RMS). D2 PAK package FLAT ZONE ≥2mm; TO-247 package cooling method C, recommended torque 0.8M.N, maximum torque 1.0M.N; epoxy resin complies with UL94 V0.
