The SGM820 is a high-precision supervisory circuit with a programmable watchdog timer, achieving less than 1% undervoltage threshold accuracy over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. It offers ten reset threshold voltage options, supporting voltage monitoring for 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, and 5V rails. Its nRESET delay features high-precision delay timing. With its precise hysteresis characteristics, the device is well-suited for systems with tight tolerance requirements. The SGM820 incorporates a programmable watchdog timer, allowing users to program the timeout period via an external capacitor or factory default settings. In addition, users can disable the watchdog function through a logic pin to prevent unintended timeouts during development. The device is available in green TDFN-3×3-8L and TDFN-2×2-8L packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
