Introduction
The device uses a surface-mount package with a flat top and excellent terminal coplanarity. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. Inductance and DCR values are given for individual inductors (L1 or L2). Leakage inductance test conditions: L1 shorted to measure L2, or L2 shorted to measure L1. Winding balance is within 2%. Inductance is tested at 10kHz. Rated RMS current is determined based on a 40°C temperature rise at 25°C ambient temperature. Maximum power dissipation at 25°C is 0.200W. Inductance tolerance conforms to the specifications in the table. Dielectric withstanding voltage is 500V RMS at 60Hz. Device marking includes manufacturer DELEVAN, series number CM6149, and inductance value with unit. Note: The "R" following CM6149 indicates RoHS compliance; a white dot indicates pin 1 location. Packaging is tape and reel (16mm wide); 13-inch reels hold up to 800 pieces, 7-inch reels are not available; bulk packaging is also available. Reference weight is 0.5 grams.
