Introduction
MAUC-010515 is an integrated USB upconverter with a typical conversion gain of 11 dB and image rejection greater than 15 dBc. The device includes an LO multiplier and buffer, tunable to achieve 2x LO leakage below -15 dBm. Variable gain is achieved by adjusting the bias, and the shutdown trajectory is optimized to maintain linearity and 2x LO leakage performance across the gain control range. At full gain, the typical output third-order intercept point is 30 dBm. The device is fabricated using a high-efficiency pHEMT process.
