Descrição
The ADA4001-2 is a dual JFET amplifier featuring low input voltage noise and current noise, low input bias current, and rail-to-rail output. The combination of low noise and low input bias current makes this amplifier particularly suitable for high-impedance sensor applications. The combination of low noise and fast settling time enables the ADA4001-2 to deliver excellent accuracy in medical instrumentation, electronic measurement, and automatic test equipment. Unlike many competing products, the ADA4001-2 maintains fast settling performance even with substantial capacitive loads. Unlike many legacy JFET amplifiers, the ADA4001-2 does not exhibit output phase reversal when the input voltage exceeds the maximum common-mode voltage range. The ADA4001-2 provides fast slew rate and exceptional stability under capacitive loads, making it well suited for filter applications. The low input bias current and low noise characteristics enable a wide dynamic range in photodiode amplifier circuits. The combination of low noise, low distortion, high output current, and excellent speed makes the ADA4001-2 an ideal choice for audio applications. The ADA4001-2 is rated for the -40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range. The ADA4001-2 is available in an 8-lead narrow-body SOIC package.
