Shikues ESD0501BL

The ESD0501BL is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to provide ESD protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.5pF, the ESD0501BL protects systems sensitive to parasitic effects from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 (±15kV air discharge, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) (40A, 5/50ns), ultra-fast Charged Device Model (CDM) ESD, and Cable Discharge Event (CDE) standards. The ESD0501BL is housed in an ultra-compact DFN1006 package. Each ESD0501BL device protects a single high-speed data line, offering system designers the flexibility to protect individual data lines in space-constrained applications. The combination of low capacitance, ultra-small footprint, and high ESD immunity makes the ESD0501BL ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency line applications such as mobile phones and HD vision devices.
