Introduction
This device is a digital-input, dual-channel stereo, high-efficiency Class-D audio power amplifier with a maximum output power of 2×25W or 1×50W. It employs an innovative modulation scheme to effectively reduce quiescent power consumption and extend battery life. In terms of audio quality, THD+N is below 0.03%, and the extremely low DC offset voltage delivers outstanding pop-and-click suppression during power on/off. As a medium-to-high power audio amplifier, it supports four-level over-temperature warning and over-temperature shutdown protection for thermal management, with die temperature continuously readable via registers to facilitate system-level thermal management. Speaker protection features include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and DC protection. The device is available in a TSSOP-28 package, requires no heatsink, and has a rated operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
