The SLLIMM-nano 2nd generation series delivers compact, high-performance AC motor drives with a robust design. It comprises six improved short-circuit rugged trench gate field-stop IGBTs (with freewheeling diodes) and three half-bridge HVICs for gate driving, featuring low EMI characteristics and optimized switching speed. The package design facilitates heatsink mounting with optimized thermal performance and compactness, making it suitable for built-in motor applications or other low-power applications with limited assembly space. The IPM incorporates a fully uncommitted op-amp and a comparator, which can be used to design fast and efficient protection circuits.
