Descripción
The popular 1N941 to 1N946B series zero temperature coefficient reference diodes offer a nominal voltage option of 11.7V, with a temperature coefficient as low as 0.0002%/°C, exhibiting minimal voltage variation over temperature when operating at 7.5mA. These glass axial-lead DO-7 reference diodes are also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV grades. Microsemi also offers a wide range of other Zener reference diode products, with voltage ratings from 6.2V to 200V.
