Introduction
This series features a void-free hermetically sealed unidirectional low-capacitance TVS design, ideally suited for high-frequency protection in high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. A unique rectifier diode is connected in series with the TVS in the opposite orientation to achieve an ultralow capacitance of 4 pF. The product series offers a working peak "off-state" voltage range of 6.8 to 170 V with a power rating of 150 W. Constructed with hard glass, these devices are highly robust and utilize internal metallurgical bonds qualified as Class 1 for high-reliability applications. The devices are also available in axial-lead packages for through-hole mounting.
