Description
Ohmite now introduces the Audio Gold resistor series, designed specifically for high-end speaker and amplifier applications. These resistors feature high-quality resistance wire wound on a ceramic core, terminated, and coated with their flame-retardant Centohm coating. Ohmite's Audio Gold resistors are carefully engineered using non-magnetic materials to eliminate the influence of stray magnetic fields on circuit performance, thereby simplifying shielding requirements and improving audio quality. Audio Gold resistors are designed for use in crossover networks and as source, emitter, or cathode resistors in balanced output transducer applications.
