Introduction
Miniature amplified output pressure sensors are based on proprietary technology that reduces all output offset or common-mode errors. This series provides a calibrated amplified output with excellent output offset characteristics. Compared to conventional compensation methods, output offset errors due to temperature variation, warm-up stability, long-term stability, and position sensitivity are significantly reduced. In addition, the sensors employ a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a highly linear output for measured pressure. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage and operates from any DC supply voltage between 4.5 and 5.5 volts.
