Introduction
The sensor operates on the principle of light scattering. Its infrared emitter, driven by the drive circuit, emits an infrared beam. When the beam strikes airborne particulate matter, scattering occurs. The scattered light is collected by a lens and received by an infrared photodetector, which converts it into an electrical signal. The signal intensity is proportional to the particulate concentration, enabling concentration determination based on signal strength. The electrical signal is amplified by the amplifier circuit and then fed into the microprocessor for computation. Finally, the measurement results are output via the microprocessor's communication interface.
