Introduction
The XC6206PxxxMR series is a high-precision, low-power, high-voltage, positive voltage regulator IC fabricated using CMOS process technology and laser trimming. It maintains a very low dropout voltage even under output current conditions. The chip integrates a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a high-precision reference voltage source, and an error correction circuit. Low-ESR ceramic capacitors are supported. The return circuit of the current limiter provides short-circuit protection for both the current limiter and the output pin. Through laser trimming technology, the output voltage can be set in the range of 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.
